The 34-year-old actress wed in a traditional Mangalorean ceremony at businesswoman Kiran Bawa's villa in Khandala, 100 kms from here, in the presence of close friends and family.
The actress who shot to international fame with her stint in UK reality show 'Celebrity Big Brother' did not invite many of her Bollywood associates with only Sunny Deol, Suneil Shetty, Jackky shroff and Vasu Bhagnani attending the private ceremony which was out of bounds for the media.
Life has changed drastically after the entry of Raj Kundra. “When you don’t have a man, you have a lot of time on your hands. But enter Raj, and 24 hours in a day are just not enough. He has truly been the wind beneath my wings,” states the actress. “I’ve learnt some of my best lessons during my courtship. I’ve learnt to put personal relationships ahead of personal ambitions...”
About the big day and life after it, the glamorous girl says, “This is my dream wedding. We plan to shuttle between Mumbai and London after marriage. I shall strive to be as successful at home (as a wife, daughter, sister) as I am outside. I want to excel as a homemaker!”
